Alternative Fitness
Unwind and ease yourself into shape. Relax your body and your mind and enjoy the surprising health benefits of the healthwise alternative fitness program.

Programs vary between centres but include meditation, pilates, stretch and relax and tai chi. Our qualified instructors are up to date with the latest techniques to ensure you get the maximum benefit from these truly holistic health and fitness programs.
