YMCA Breakfast Club
1 in 10 children are said to skip breakfast regularly, with 1 in 5 adolescents going to school hungry each day.YMCA's Breakfast Club provides children that might not have the option of breakfast at home, a nutritious meal before school in a friendly social setting.

In NSW alone over 16,000 children from dysfunctional, abusive or neglectful families live in out-of-home.YMCA's Rebuilding Families Camps provide respite to families 'doing it tough' through structured and individually tailored stays at Camp Yarramundi.

Only 23% of people with a disability participate in sport or physical recreation.The Y runs many great programs that facilitate accessibility for people with disabilities with many physical, social and mental benefits.
