MENS TUNE UP PROGRAM Register before September 6th and save $40!
Are you at risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes?
Tailored for men 35-55 years and consists of 16 sessions over 8 weeks
Sessions are supervised by an exercise physiologist
Participants will have access to gym facilities during the 8 week period
The program will run Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm
The first session is Monday September 6th 2010
Bookings are limited to 12 and are to be made at reception
An initial consult with the trainers is needed prior to commencing and will be arranged
at the time of booking.

Kindergym (0 to 5 years) which helps with motor and social skills through fun programs for kids of
all abilities.
Fun-Nastics (Recreational non competitive gymnastics) is great for strength, coordination
and flexibility.
Fun-Cheer (6 to 12 years) fabulous choreographed routines with Jayne and Peter, former
Nationals champion!
